Born in 2009, INSIGNIS was being organized under the name "SRIJAN".
SRIJAN 2009, 2010 as well as 2011 were a huge success & witnessed some of the most enthusiastic endevours getting furnished in reality.
This year, by going to the OPEN TO ALL level with a brand new name as well as idea, we are aiming at providing a real platform for the students who have the zeal within them to achieve something really big.
We can easily claim that with the launch itself, INSIGNIS is the largest "open to all" techno-cultural fest in the state of Uttarakhand.
