Used by people where English is not their own language.  Scores are also required for colleges

Length of Exam

3.5 hours.  This includes 5-minute rest break.

4 different sections to TOEFL exam
Listening, Structure, Reading, Writing
Candidates have option to handwrite or type their essays.

$100 for exam

Valid Passport only is accepted

Registration

Candidates must ring CITO, to book an exam.  Candidates can book by telephone but must have a credit card. Candidates can register by post also by filling out an application form and sending cheque or bank draft through the post.

Cancelling/Rescheduling

Candidates must ring CITO at least 1 week before scheduled exam. Failure to do this will result in loss of exam fee.
