“There is nothing better than being a part of AIESEC Mumbai” – Eman Sayed

Eman Sayed Fathy, and intern from Egypt came to Mumbai 5 months ago to. She did management internship at two companies, through AIESEC Mumbai. Here is her experience,

“I searched a lot for an internship, and I couldn’t help but notice that AIESEC Mumbai offers a lot of internship to people from all over the world and in different fields. It made life so much easier for me & I challenged all the people who said that it’s not the right decision to come to Mumbai. I was lucky enough to have a professional TN Manager “Aditya Paranjpe” to help me.

I interned in two companies in the lovely Mumbai, for one of which I was a management intern working as Research Analyst in the Business Development Department, which was for two months. My second intern, where I am presently working is as a Relationship Expert – Corporate Alliance. Then I had the chance to go home or to find another internship, and with the help of my TN Manager, I was blessed enough to find another internship in 1 week.

Mumbai is such a challenge for everyone, but only the well determined manage to learn and get the best out of it. And, as I fell in love in with Mumbai since the day I arrived, I also applied for post-graduate studies here, to make it a 2 in 1 experience in life. And, I’m really happy for taking that decision.

And if you ask me now about my experience, I would tell you that I’m having the best time of my life. Mumbai is a metropolitan city, a lot of opportunities a lot of fun & entertainment, and a lot of interns. I gained, confidence, knowledge, friends, traveling trips & unforgettable moments.

And let me end by saying Mumbai’s where my life has started, is where I’m developing myself in the right atmosphere & with the right people to help. I don’t think there's anything better than being a part of AIESEC Mumbai.”

Balakalakaar is an annual initiative taken up by the local office of AIESEC in Mumbai. It is organized with the aim of creating an opportunity for the under privileged children of the city to discover and develop their potential in creative exercises such as Art, Dance, Drama, Music, and Craft.

Balakalakaar is also aimed at connecting today’s youth to the less privileged children of the city thus giving them a chance to make a difference! Through this project we take one step forward towards our vision of ‘Fulfillment of Humankind’s Potential’
